We can do your bookkeeping on-site at your office (Seattle area only), or remotely through our virtual assistance software program. According to the volume of work to be completed, and how timely your internal records need to be, we can perform regular A/P and A/R tasks each week; or you can take care of receiving payments and paying bills throughout the month and at the end of the month we can do what's called "writeup services" -- basically entering all of that month's transactions and reconciling the books in one fell swoop.

The accountant then monitors the system to ensure that it's yielding the desired information in the most efficient and useful manner.

Finally, the accountant compiles the information on a monthly or quarterly basis, analyzes the information, prepares various reports called financial statements, and presents the financial statements to the business management in such a way that decisions can be made.
